2002 – Sant Tukaram Commemorative Coin Set

Sant Tukaram was a prominent Saint and spiritual poet in the early 16th century . He is often referred in honor as Sant Tukaram and was an ardent devotee of Vitthala a form of Lord Vishnu. Then Prime Minister of India, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee released the coin set on Feb 6th 2003 in a function presided by Shri Jaswant Singh. The IG Mint of Kolkata issued these sets with details as below,
